At the age of 11 in 2011, I hired my first freelancer, laying the foundation for my career in building and scaling remote teams. Now, 13 years later at the age of 24, I have a wealth of experience in this field and a proven track record of success.

Managed a hybrid team of 40 people: With a London office, and a network of freelancers worldwide.
Managed and grew a fully remote team of 30 people, both employees and freelancers through the covid-19 pandemic.
In my career, I have hired and worked with 500+ freelancers.
Started a content site, hired 15 freelancers, and fully set up operations within 2 weeks to fully automate the content publishing process.
Hired my first freelancer aged 11, and first employee aged 17.
